Othona Panoramas

(No special plugin is needed - only Java has to be enabled - the necessary 50k Java applet will be loaded once per session)

All panoramas can be shown with the IBM HotMediaTM applet. Any comments are welcome: Martin.Riemer-Pinneberg@gmx.de

Note:

You can interact with each panorama after clicking the "small ..." or "bigger ..." link. You have to wait until it's being displayed and  moving. You can then click on it and drag the mouse on the image left/right and up/down (if zoomed) while holding the left mouse button down. You can also operate the button in the left bottom corner of each panorama (The very wide images displayed below are just miniatures of the panoramas and cannot be interacted with apart from invoking the small panorama by clicking on them).

*) Note for wizards who want to view scenes offline:

If you want to download a scene for viewing offline you need the IBM HotMediaTM Java applet which you can download as Java classes (zip compressed) to be put in the same directory as the corresponding *.mvr file (downloaded via the "download small" or "download bigger" links) and *.htm (saved with your browser file menu after you clicked the "small ..." or the "bigger ..." link).

e.g. for the small "Chapel of St. Peter on the Wall: interior":
1 - press this download and unzip it after successful download
2 - download Chapel2000_25.mvr via the "download small" link (you may have to hold down the shift key if your browser doesn't come up with a file selection box)
3 - Chapel2000_25.htm by pressing the "small (128k)" link and then saving it explicitly with your browser menu e.g. "File/Save as".
4 - put all the .class files, the Chapel2000_25.htm and the Chapel2000_25.mvr into one directory and open Chapel2000_25.htm with your www browser.
